New to us?
We can’t wait to meet you.
We get it. Trying something new can be intimidating and overwhelming.
(We were new to this yoga thing at one point too!)
We also get that if you are reading this, you are ready to make your wellness a priority. That’s where we come in.
We are here to help get you on your mat with confidence.
Here are a few tips that might be helpful:
Grab our New Student Special
30 days of unlimited classes for $75.
This is the most affordable and flexible way for you to try all the different styles of yoga classes we offer. Plus, you can see what days and times work with your schedule. If numbers are your thing, here’s a mathematical look at it: a single drop-in for ONE class is $30. So for $45 more, you can take UNLIMITED classes for 30 days.
To save time and paperwork at the studio, we recommend purchasing your New Student Special online. You’ll be asked to create an account (the usual stuff – contact info, email, emergency contact, etc.). Then you can add the New Student Special to your cart, check out and then you are ready to start pre-registering for the classes you want to try. Rest easy like in final savasana at the end of class, pre-registration for a class is not required (but encouraged!) and can be cancelled at any time. No late cancellation or no-show fees.

30 DAYS UNLIMITED CLASSES
This is the best place to start!
You can try as many of our 40+ weekly class as you’d like over 30 days.
Includes free towel and mat rental for your first class.
One time purchase – 30 days starts on the day of first use.
Download our app – it’s FREE.
You can create an account with us, make purchases, view our schedule and pre-register for classes from your desktop or via our free app. We think the app is the easiest way to do all those things.
Now what? A Hatha class is a great place to start.
Wondering what class to pre-register for? We are committed to guiding students with all levels of experience – in ALL our classes. Having said that, a Hatha class is a great place to start. You’ll be introduced to breathing exercises and easy-to-follow postures. The first half of the class is done standing so you’ll have the mirrors to help you. Plus, Hatha classes offer longer holds and often two sets of each posture so you won’t feel rushed.
First Class – Let’s do this!
You’ve purchased your New Student Special, pre-registered for a class and filled up your water bottle (definitely bring one of those!). It’s time to roll out your mat and move with us.
If you don’t have a mat – no worries. First time students are welcome to use one of our rental mats for free. We also offer a variety of quality yoga mats to purchase.
Arrive at the studio 15 minutes before the start of class dressed in comfortable, moveable clothing (think yoga pants, shorts, tanks and the like). We will show you around and introduce you to your instructor.
When it’s time to enter the studio, you’ll remove your shoes and socks, silence your phone and/or smart watch, wrap up any conversations with friends and open the double doors to our warm, calming sanctuary.
Speaking of friends, like a lot of things in life, yoga is better with friends. What a fun way to spend some time with your BFF’s, your partner, teammates or co-workers.
Or maybe not? We also 100% get – and support – carving out time for your practice as time JUST FOR YOU.
We hope this helps. But if you’ve got a question about anything, PLEASE REACH OUT: info@sparkhotyogastudio.com
