As we enter into a season of crisp mornings and changing leaves, we invite you back on your mat. 

Our 2018 Fall schedule starts on Tuesday, September 4th. Lots of choices to fit your schedule and your style. 

New to hot yoga? We recommend starting with one of our Hatha or Slow Flow classes. But all of our classes are for ALL levels. If you have any questions, send them our way via the contact page or call the studio at 425.610.4421. 

Start the new season off with a commitment to self care. It's the least selfish thing you can do.
